[Exi-bay-chat] bounces from other regional lists

The moderator of exi-bay-* has been getting a lot of bounce notices from 
other Extropy lists; in the past few days they outnumber the normal 
junkmail.  Some of the rejected messages appear viral.

I hesitate to put
	exi-la-owner at lists.extropy.org
	mailer-daemon at lists.extropy.org
	postmaster at lists.extropy.org
	exi-midwest-bounces at lists.extropy.org
	exi-tex-bounces at lists.extropy.org
on the permanent `discard' roster, but on the other hand see no 
legitimate reason for any of them to post to exi-bay-*.
