It opened up a whole new way of looking at the world.
The interesting thing for me at the time was not that I was incapable of
seeing it without LSD, but that until that point I had been incapable of
even imagining it.

It reminds me of a passage I read in an SF book that went something like -
'alien mindfuck, a mentals state so bizarre that even as you experience it
you won't know what it feels like'.
