a leg up for further investigations.  

BTW I found a slightly dated (Dec 2002) summary of stem cells/therapeutic
cloning state by state. 

Looks like New Hampshire considered a law against 'therapeutic cloning' 
though not by that name but as at (Dec 2002) found it "inexpedient to

Good for New Hampshire.
