Alright Eugen -- what the deuce is the above?  The "ICBM:" is
particularly leading.  Are the rest of the numbers the GPS
coordinates if I want to target a nuke towards your general
area?  Seems counter-extropian to me to distribute numbers
without explaining what they should be used for.
