I don't have the rights to use the flash, and the virus looks ugly.
A better way to visualize the particles (povray doesn't scale,
it can't render a virus capsid with lines on a 1.5 GByte machine,
I'm pretty sure a Bluetongue virus will die even in VDW rendering).
I need to figure out how make VMD export height-shaded surfaces,
so we can get something like:

A next step is to script fly-throughs, and render a movie.
Do we have people in the house who can use 3D modelling packages,
such as Blender?
