You are twisting my words. I'm not entering the gun debate. In fact, the
low crime situation I'm talking about is happening in a nation where guns
are outlawed more or less like Britain - choosing a high or low crime area
is orthogonal to the gun ownership rate. Then, one may debate why the
crime rate is low.
