I saved the attachment document04.obj size 29,840 bytes to disk then
scanned it.

My resident AVG anti-virus found the Netsky.Q worm.

So I then ran the PC Pitstop on-line AV scan (which uses the Panda AV
engine) and it found the Netsky.P worm.

I then ran the Trend Micro Housecall online AV scanner which also found
the Netsky.P worm.

I think there must be something wrong with either your AV software or
the way you have it configured.
