depends on the tires, of course. Hummers more likely to have useful
tires, the volvo is going to have some wimpy all seasons or rain tires,
which are pretty useless in the especially icy winter conditions seen
in the south. We northerners are always entertained by newsclips of
southerners in winter storms spinning all over the place...
