Well, Mike, usually the foreign students in my undergraduate and graduate
physics courses were raising the curves, often being much smarter than
us U.S. students. I'm very glad for all of the foreigners in my science
courses. And I'm also glad that the 'foreigners' fully supported me
(my PhD was not only free, I received a stipend to live on) to get
my doctorate abroad. This is globalization, working to benefit everyone.
