No. A double Gemini means that the Sun sign and the Ascendant (or
Rising) sign is also in Gemini. The Ascendant is the degree of the
ecliptic which is rising over the Eastern horizon at the precise time
and place of an individual's birth. Of course, the Moon sign is also
important for a basic reading. A full reading will take into account
the signs of all the planets (even those unknown to the ancient
astrologers), the Houses, the aspects between the planets, etc., etc,

It all gets rather complicated, but it is still crap.
