My apologies.

I bought the paper & read it.

I got the impression that it extends previous work, albeit incrementally.

However, it also demonstrated potentiation of synapses by electronics is
possible. Synaptic modulation. Electronics that learn!

I may not be completely au fait with this area but that struck me as an
incredibly significant detail.

I would be proud to have achieved this & be published.
