Just saw an item on the "Benstein Diet"
Consists of low fat, low carbs, low cal (about 900 cal) plus vitamin
shots.
Cost 245 to join, 500/month for ongoing costs.

But on the segment they showed the syringe and guess what it looks like
vitamin B-12.

We know of the power of common epigenetic gene switching facilitating
compounds including B-12.

So perhaps the use of high B-12 (1-2000mcg/dose by my estimation on the
TV item) while dieting is meant to reset the DNA switches to adapt to
the diet and reset the ongoing switch-set once the diet reaches its
goal?

So, a booklet and some kind of support plus regular B-12 shots makes
for a pretty good return on investment.
