My solution is that only stealthy, dispersed, nomadic civilizations
can survive WoMD in space.
The MBrain solution is centralized command and control.
They are two very different models of how to survive WoMD.
I don't doubt that centralized command and control can work
for a while. I don't consider it to be a stable solution.
