Often on baby snakes there is a place on the belly scales where the
yolk was attached - it is visible. In the adults this is no longer
something you see.
Sometimes baby snakes come out of the egg with the yolk sac still
attached and they need to be kept on damp toweling until the yolk is
absorbed.
That's not quite a "belly button" as in mammals, though it is the
vessel through which nutrient passes.
