Not quite.  Most definitions of "virgin" are binary:
you either are or aren't.  A reluctant virgin might
yearn to not be a virgin, or be one more through lack
of effort to not be than desire to be.  A reluctant
transhumanist would be closer to the latter: accepting
transhumanist principles, but less than
wholeheartedly.
