[extropy-chat] AI design

I have now been monitoring this mailing list for a few days now, and noticed
little discussion on the technical issues and more discuss on "what if's". I
would have to agree with Paul on this.

I hope the salvation of mankind doesn't involve too much advocacy or 
explaining concepts to people.
