I'd like to know just which 'new' twenties have the RFID chips in them.
I've stuck bills from 1999 up through 2003 in the microwave without any
effect. Are they JUST 2004 bills?

Based on the claims of this article, it should be rather easy to deal
with these tags in the newest bills, simply cut out the eye of Andy
Jackson with scissors or a nail clipper and your bills are untrackable
yet fully fungible.
