Microwaves are a certain frequency of light (approx.
.3-30 cm).  I wonder if this would get around the
limitation of high-frequency/low-wavelength light
having a certain minimum spot size (i.e., a microwave
laser couldn't be used to carve a nanometer-resolution
pattern).
