On the chance that was serious: they never had a
chance to set up said industry for Linux. They'll
probably be laughed out of court even on Microsoft,
since they're just offering services that many people
have sued Microsoft to provide in the first place.
Besides, Microsoft has lots of cash, and they might
think it less costly to just settle. Linus doesn't
have the same amounts, and he's not subject to the
US legal system (being not a US resident).
