[extropy-chat] Bush appointment

There is an email starting to make the rounds about Bush appointing some
kook to a federal agency dealing with women's health issues.  I saw it
on a private Objectivist oriented list and I expect it will pop up here
soon.  The version I saw implied that it was recent.  So before that
email hits here I thought I would provide a pointer to an online page
about it and hopefully keep the descussion from getting too far out of
