Why don't you ask Giulio? Two weeks ago I meant to leave this list temporarily because I was upset about the presidential election result, but Giulio assumed I wanted to leave this list permanently. He wrote: 
"don't go. If everyone who thought of unsubscribing actually left, there would be no one here".
