Oh, really? And there was me thinking it was just another stock market
bubble, like all the previous (and future) market bubbles.
Some people lay the blame on Alan Greenspan for failing to take action
(such as raising the Fed funds rate) that might have stopped the
market madness earlier.
But, of course, there were many factors in play. Although this is the
first time I've heard the TRA being blamed.
