You can see from their site that Moveon was founded by
two silicon valley entrepreneurs who were "fed up with
the impeachment mess" of 1998, and who want to empower
'ordinary people'; naturally, a populist concept. They
are active in supporting Kerry for president, which is
praiseworthy.
 However, designations such as 'ordinary people', 'the
people', 'the masses', 'just plain folks', 'the man on
the street', 'the average person', don't mean much.
How many 'average' or 'ordinary' people do you know?
