Solar astronomers seem to believe that the scheduling of the peaks and
their intensity tends to predict the next peak. Early peaks tend to be
lower, etc. They are predicting a 2010 peak, only four years after the
start of the next cycle in 2006, which they predict will be lower than
the most recent peak.
