Sorry, Joseph, but that site says nothing about anything listed on the
'dirty dozen'. The 861 argument is that the tax code as written is
entirely legal, as written and according to the definitions of words
*as defined* in the code, which exempts most people from the tax. It is
a very convincing argument when you look at in its entirety. I suggest
getting a copy of Larken Rose's "Theft By Deception" from his website
(downloaded for free, btw, so there is no chance it is a 'scam' if
nobody is profiting from its distribution).

While Larken has just been indicted, he was so for not filing a return,
after ten years of not doing so, and only because he took out full page
ads in national publications challenging the IRS to do so.
