Kurzweil's new book, "The Singularity Is Near," May  be a follow-up. But is 
certainly comprehensive enough (I have it, and just going  by the several 
chapters I've read so far) to be worth it :-) Nice companion to  "Spiritual 
Machines" and the others you mention.
