True, but...

That's the important part.  Bush will have a tough
time outlawing this research without Congress, and
Congress doesn't seem to be bowing to the neo-Luddites
here.

BTW, in light of the contamination that's been
discovered, would it be fair to call Bush's policy
"Mickey Mouse stem cells"?  ;)
