Surprised to see no one mentioning the potential bird flu outbreak in 
Vietnam. This could be a greater threat to human lives than global warming, 
terrorism and supersized McMega-meals combined.

Keep your eyes on http://www.who.int/csr/disease/avian_influenza/en/ over 
the next couple of months for a continuos update. I have a feeling the 
letters H5N1 will be more familiar to all of us after this spring and 
summer. I hope I'm wrong.
