[extropy-chat] Transvision 2005, Caracas

It would be nice to have some insturctions in English.  What is this  
talking about?

   Choose the following option from the menu: Archivo:F – “Abrir  
Volcado de Red”

Which menu since the menus are shown in the diagram in a non-English  
language?

Help please.
