It appeared in the general physics section, not astrophysics, not
astronomy, etc. i.e. by banishing a topic-specific paper to the general
physics area that it has nothing to do with, Cornell ensures that
LaViolette's work does not get read as much as it should or could. The
pattern of behavior by arxiv seems clear. Cornell has gone far downhill
since Feynman's day. Perhaps that is why he went to California in the
first place.
