So...since when has the same public/famous building, other than places
which house specific individuals (such as the President, or soldiers in
or near a contested country) that some would want to attack, ever been
successfully attacked twice? (Granted, there is some cause and effect:
once attacked, ever vigilant. And the politicians want to be seen as
"doing something", no matter how ineffective. But still...)
