I had an idea.  They say that those who do not learn
from history are destined to repeat it.  So let's forbid
schools from teaching the history of the 1990s.  That
was a cool decade.  The commies went outta business,
the internet came along, stocks went crazy, a lot of 
stuff went right.  

No, wait better idea.  Let us emphasize technological
and scientific history only, so that way we move forward
while groundhog-daying the 90s over and over.
