I don't care about the institution of marriage, but power of attorney mean something. Her husband does have POA.
 If he says his wife wanted to die then we have to take him at his word, since no foul play has been documented--instead there are merely rumors. 
Mike, did the husband ever mention suspension? Did he say he doesn't want Terry suspended?
