He should have had the integrity to divorce her. He is not 'accused' of
adultery, he is openly and admittedly adulterous. You can't claim he
isn't living with his girlfriend and bearing children with her while he
is still married to his wife. That is a known and public fact. Ergo, he
is adulterous, which is still a crime in FL, I am told, or at least
pretext for divorce, in which case he should have no say in the care of
Terri Schiavo. In this respect any court that actually honored the law
should have overruled his claim to spousal power of attorney long ago.
