[extropy-chat] A Framework for Humane Globalism/Capitalism/Politics

Does anyone have an essay or article that provides a transhumanist 
perspective on a humane approach to globalism, capitalism or politics?

I am using these three terms because they are that are often used in 
conjunction with a sense of angst society feels about the rate of progress 
in a rapidly changing world where fears concerning advances in technology 
are prevalent.
