Sorry to keep butting in here,  but WalMart's low prices are not a measure  
the company's efficiency. Because of economies of scale, WalMart has low  
*costs*, and those low costs are passed along to the consumer as low  
prices.

Walmart could lower prices even further. Would those lower prices make the  
company even more efficient? Probably not.
