Oh, I'm sure the Chinese are VERY interested in our ICBM-interception 
technology. It doesn't surprise me in the least they had it early.

However, I did see it reported all over the US media yesterday; I know 
Drudge had it, and I'm seeing it on CNN's front page this morning.
