I was under the impression that money laundering was concealing or
reprocessing money FROM illegal activities by definition. I thought
that Mr. Clark was saying that the majority of profits made in money
laundering from activities that shouldn't have been illegal in the
first place. Or perhaps that the laws passed to try to prevent people
from laundering their money violated privacy and property rights, and
those controls should be lifted. (like child porn being illegal, when
it's _child abuse_ we're interested in stopping).

Or maybe I just missed it entirely.
