No. The cards indicate that someone already picked through your
belongings and "lost" all the good stuff. :)

Seriously--I travel a lot, and while I can't prove theft, I clearly
remember having more tools than I do now. I used to keep a copy of the
Fourth Amendment in my luggage, right on top, too. It only made me
feel better.
