Stuart, you are making a leap in judgment. I did not boot Mike off the
list. And I would appreciate you respecting the list rules and the decision
of its moderators for doing what is believed to be the right thing in
deference to all list members and ExI.

If you draw a circle in the sand and study only what's inside the circle,
