Eugen, I'll take your bait. I am not above learning something. Are you
saying that North Korea, or any other country that hates the US would in no
way take large sums of money in exchange for a small nuclear weapon that
they knew would be used against the US? Are you certain enough of this that
if I think otherwise, I am nuts?

Simple yes or no will suffice.

If that is so, then what is it that keeps these people from selling their
nukes to the highest bidder? Morals?
