It would still be a very difficult experiment, but it might decide the
consciousness collapses the wave function matter; but unfortunately not
their fall back position that observation collapses the wave function,
because for some people any physical change is an observation. And for other
people, well.., I really don't know what the hell they mean by observation.
Deutsch's experiment covers all the bases. I think. I can't imagine what
their fall back position from their fall back position would be, but maybe
they could think of something.
