I say: Use your common sense. But please do pay attention to whichever 
you do.

Very long replies that quote previous posts in their entirety are 
tedious, but sometimes it's a worthwhile thing to do. I suspect most 
people who do it, do it out of laziness or not paying attention, though, 
and i'd prefer them not to.
