Mehran may not but I feel I must.  Examining the page reveals two things:

1) That the logo in the upper left hand corner is largely a massaged version
of the Intitute for Molecular Manufacturing's Molecular Differential Gear
designed by Drexler...Whether the copying and manipulation of the images
constitutes a copyright violation would be up to a court...I would urge that
people not promote this page until such problems have been clearly
resolved...Robert



I examined the site and my independent conclusion was similar to Robert's.
Mr. Mehran is in the penalty box until the next list Temporary Benevolent
Dictator distributes get-outta-jail-free cards on 1 June 2006.  Sorry
Mehran.  Appeals may be sent to Natasha, Greg or Max, all of whom outrank me
as honorary Eternal Super-Benevolent Ultra-Dictators.
