As you say, you were not re-elected and decided not to run again. You
are welcome to do so in January 2007.

In regards the role of the WTA vis-a-vis other transhumanist
organizations, there is a necessary tension between building an
awareness of transhumanism in the media, policy arena and academia, and
maintaining perfect sync with our very small and relatively unknown
group of organizations. We value both goals, but they are sometimes in
tension.
