I agree as far as that goes, but I also think it is important to come across
as calm and reasonable, whatever one's actual emotional state may be;
sounding like one is hopping up and down and foaming at the mouth is likely
to be counterproductive. (Not saying you were advocating the latter, but
it's something that needs to be kept in mind anyway.)
