[extropy-chat] Blocking the Extropian List

I hope somebody actually sees this message. I complained to att.net about 
blocking the Extropian list and got this cryptic reply:

We do have a process for this through our abuse department. The 
administrator of the blocked IP needs to go here to get things started:

By the way, att blocked Cryonet about a year ago, I wonder if SL4 is next.
