Some of the sections seem to be arranged to create a certain type of
result.  (For instance, Race-Weapons: practice with "Caucasian = safe
object, African = weapon" in order to establish that association, and
then switch...and then indicate a strong "Caucasian = safe object,
African = weapon" association.)
