Decisionmaking has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with quantum physics, and 
would feel just the same subjectively in a purely Newtonian universe. 
Do you really think your neurons can sense the difference between 
thermal noise, quantum noise, and a pseudo-random number generator?  If 
you want to know why decisionmaking feels the way it does, look to 
cognitive psychology, not physics.
