Yes, but what's better documented is that taking psychedelics
repeatedly over a period of time, with the right "set and setting",
can have positive life-changing effects...

It also seems to be the case that after a certain point, most folks
feel they've "gotten about all they can" out of the psychedelic
experience, and lose desire to keep taking the drugs frequently...
